I’m Lucie Benoit, professional coach and passionate explorer of the subtle links between humans and nature.

My journey has led me to a mission: to revive the living, authentic connections between all forms of life, visible and invisible, and the universe around us.

Trained in ecology, anthropology and ethnobotany, I co-founded a school dedicated to these disciplines and conducted research on four continents. These journeys enabled me to meet peoples with ancestral traditions, transforming my perspective on life and inspiring an approach rooted in openness, harmony and the interconnectedness of living beings.

Driven by a passion for human psychology, a deep sensitivity and powerful initiatory experiences, I pursued training in professional coaching and in mediumistic guidance practices.

Today, I bring these skills together to offer holistic support, combining my scientific, subtle and interpersonal skills.
