Ethical Guidelines for Sessions

In all my sessions, whether they involve coaching alone or other methods, I adhere to the EMCC code of ethics. Key aspects relevant to you are summarized below:

These sessions are designed as safe spaces for listening and exchange, ensuring that your moral integrity and identity are respected.

Only the individuals directly involved should be present during the sessions.

It is not possible to address issues that are not directly related to you; consultations must be for your own concerns, not for friends, family, or partners.

You may record your session if you wish. However, I recommend taking written notes as well, as they can be more convenient for revisiting ideas that arise during the session.

I am committed to continuous training in the coaching and support techniques I offer and receive supervision from a more experienced coach to review and refine my practice as needed.
